Dr. Brittany Bruton, O.D. was born and raised in Andrews, TX. She is a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2006! She graduated Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. After graduation, Dr. Bruton furthered her education by attending the University of Houston, College of Optometry. Her father was a big part in her decision to become an optometrist due to him losing his vision from macular degeneration around 40 years old. She finished optometry school in 2011 licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She worked in the DFW area for 2 years before moving to College Station in 2013 where she worked for TSO in Bryan until 2020 then started working part-time at the TSO in Brenham. She is excited to be practicing back in the Bryan / College Station area. Dr. Bruton is dedicated to providing the best comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and the diagnosis and treatment of different eye diseases. Dr. Bruton values building relationships and spending quality time with patients, as she finds this ensures she can serve her patients best!
Dr. Bruton loves spending time with her family and friends. She loves watching all Aggie sports, especially college football. During her free time, she enjoys going to the lake, being outside, and traveling. In the future, Dr. Bruton would love to travel and provide her optometry services throughmission work. Her husband is a paramedic and firefighter for the City of College Station and they have two beautiful little girls.
